Closeout and Post Construction
The final phase—where your vision becomes reality! We will develop a punch list to ensure all outstanding items are addressed; coordinate delivery of all keys, manuals, warranties, as-built drawings, and lien releases. All equipment and systems are thoroughly tested before handover, giving you confidence in a smooth transition. Even after you take possession, we remain available to support ongoing maintenance and ensure your project continues to operate seamlessly!
